Privacy-first commitment
LevelHeaded App™ is built for one user: you. Your journal entries, check-ins, and rewrites are private to your account. They are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
What we collect
Account data (email, display name), in-app content you create (vent entries, check-ins, triggers, rewrites), and minimal usage data needed to keep the service running. We do not collect contacts, location, or device identifiers for tracking.
How we use it
To run the service, generate AI analyses you request, maintain streaks and your control score, and process payments. We do not train AI models on your private content.
AI processing
When you use AI features, the relevant text is sent to our AI provider strictly to generate the response, then discarded by the provider per their data policy. We never include your identity in those prompts.
Data storage and security
Data is stored in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to you via row-level security. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with processors strictly needed to run the service (hosting, payments, AI).
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.
Children
Not for users under 18.
International users
By using LevelHeaded App™, you agree that your data may be processed in the country where our infrastructure is hosted.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app.
