1. Acceptance
By using LevelHeaded App™, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use LevelHeaded App™
You must be 18 or older. LevelHeaded App™ is not designed for minors.
3. Not therapy, not medical advice
LevelHeaded App™ is a self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. It is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account and the activity on it. Keep your credentials secure.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use LevelHeaded App™ to harass others, plan violence, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
6. AI features
AI-generated analyses and rewrites are suggestions only. They can be wrong, biased, or incomplete. You are responsible for what you say and send.
7. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific emotional or behavioral outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelHeaded App™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app.
