LevelHeadedApp is for people 18 and older. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or letting a minor use your account, is not permitted.
What LevelHeadedApp is not
It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a crisis service. Do not rely on it in an emergency. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line — see crisis resources.
You may not use LevelHeadedApp to
Threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, coerce, or control another person; plan or encourage violence or self-harm; break the law; impersonate someone; upload another person's private information without their permission; attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI features; scrape, resell, or redistribute the service; or share your account with others.
How the AI tools behave
The rewrite, translator, and vent tools are built to de-escalate. They will not sharpen a message so it lands harder, help you punish or pressure someone, or tell you what a person is thinking. If a message reads as high-risk, the tool will recommend that you wait before sending it.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that breach this policy, and we may report credible threats to life to the appropriate authorities. Where we can, we will tell you why. Suspension for a breach does not entitle you to a refund beyond what the refund policy or applicable law requires.
Reporting a problem
Report abuse, a safety concern, or an AI response that crossed a line to safety@levelheadedapp.com. Include the date and what you saw. We do not need you to paste your private entries.
