Refund Policy

Free trial
LevelHeadedApp Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will never be billed.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage billing. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Subscription charges
After the free trial, Pro renews automatically each month or year depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds
Because you get a full 7-day free trial to evaluate the app, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or believe there was a billing mistake, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Where refunds are required by the app store or by applicable law, those rights always apply.
App store purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by that store under its own refund policy. Please request those refunds directly through Apple or Google.
How to request a refund
Email support@levelheadedapp.com with the email on your account and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
